On Friday I was given access to work in the Angeles National Forest in the area recently burned by the Station Fire. It is really unbelievable just how much area is completely destroyed. Although they don’t even begin to give justice to the magnitude of this disaster, here are some [iPhone]pictures:

The image above is of one of our facilities that was completely destroyed. Luckily however, the five thousand gallon fuel tank that was right next to it was not.

Now on to happier things.

Saturday I met up with Eddie Lopez to talk lighting and help him take some pictures of his daughter. Here is one of the setups we were working with:

Sunday I took photos of my friend David – from Party At Her Place – and his son Hayden.
